Pack & Dispatch Item
Place the item in its original factory packaging with all accessories. Ship via your preferred carrier or bring it directly to our Stafford, TX warehouse.
Fast Credit or Exchange
Once received, items are inspected within 48 business hours. Your refund is processed immediately to your original payment method or trade account.
Eligible For Return (30 Days)
Standard return conditions apply- Brand new, uninstalled, and unmodified equipment in original factory boxes.
- Unopened OEM parts, motors, valves, controls, and accessories with complete packaging.
- Incorrect part or item received due to a Fortress fulfillment error (100% shipping fee covered).
- Items damaged in freight transit (must be reported to Fortress within 48 hours of delivery).
Non-Returnable Items
Items excluded from standard return- Electrical circuit boards or controls that have been installed or show power application.
- Refrigerants, recovery tanks, brazing chemicals, and opened liquid sealants.
- Custom cut-to-length copper tubing or specially fabricated sheet metal items.
- Non-stock factory special orders (subject to manufacturer approval & restock fee).
Drop-Off Locally or Ship To Our Distribution Center
